I sat down with a 2014 MacBook to write a fantasy novel and somehow ended up rewriting my entire life. One breakup, a cross-country move, two careers, and a whole lot of personal growth later, I'm still writing that same book. Apparently, romanticizing your life can get a little out of hand.
